At Riviera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange or return process in accordance with German legal requirements.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins:

  • On the day you or a third party designated by you receive the goods.
  • For partial deliveries, on the day the last item is delivered.

3. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use our sample withdrawal form or contact us via email:

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery). The refund will be made promptly, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns

The item must be returned in undamaged, perfect condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. Please note:

  • You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return.

6. Exchange Policy

An exchange is possible under the following conditions:

  • The item has not been used and is in its original condition.
  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been custom-made or tailored to personal needs.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
